With over 70 years of childcare experience between the management team, you and your child are guaranteed the best possible care of children. All our staff are continuously developing their practice and extending their knowledge, through further training. Our qualifications range from Level 2 to degree level and all practitioners hold paediatric first aid, food hygiene and safeguarding qualifications, which we feel are essential towards the care of your children. If you would like to know more about any other training we have undertaken, please just ask.
Attachment and bonding are vital to a successful early years’ experience for parents/carers, children and practitioners, therefore we feel that consistency of care is essential to develop those bonds. Your child will have a key person. A key person is a member of staff who has special responsibilities for working with a small number of children, giving them the reassurance to feel safe, cared for and building relationships with their parents.
Your child’s key person will be introduced to you on this visit. On this occasion, as well as being introduced to your child’s key person you will be able to have a look around the nursery if you haven’t already, or if you just would like to refresh your memory.
