Who we are

The website is built and looked after for us by SpacePixel, our website provider, who store and process website enquiries on our behalf and only on our instructions.
What we collect and why
Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), what your enquiry is about and your message. We use this to reply to you and to arrange visits - nothing else.
Email. If you email us directly, we keep the correspondence so we can deal with your enquiry.
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to the enquiries you choose to send us. We don't use your details for marketing, and we never sell or share them for advertising.
Keeping the form safe
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a real person rather than an automated program. To do this, Cloudflare processes some technical information from your browser (such as your IP address). You can read more in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only technical storage used is what's strictly necessary to run the site and its bot protection.
Who helps us run the site
SpacePixel builds and operates the website and its enquiry system for us.
Cloudflare delivers the website and provides its security.
Amazon Web Services (SES) delivers our email.
These providers process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.
Photos on this site
Photographs of the nursery shown on this website are published by us with the appropriate permissions. If you have any concerns about an image, contact us and we'll look into it straight away.
How long we keep enquiries
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to earlier conversations, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it - just email info@park-nursery.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
